In a nutshell, the basis of True Power Coaching is to unleash your greatness. You will break beyond boundaries to live from a place of Joy, Passion, Power and Potentials.

Coaching usually takes place over the phone, with the average fee per telephone coaching session being GBP100. We would normally allow an hour, although we will likely be complete in about 45 minutes, and sometimes less. There may be times when we may find that we need longer. The time taken is always determined by what we are working on, and we will both know when we are done, and whether other sessions are required.

Occasionally, a client may want to experience a coaching intensive and retreat - to have breakthrough conversations and to also take time to reflect. They want to truly discover the true essence of themselves and what they're up to in the world. They'll then come to our location in the hinterland of the Sunshine Coast in Australia, to spend a few days here in Breakthrough Conversation and Reflective Experience, and then to perhaps follow up with one or two phone coaching sessions.

Key Concepts of True Power Coaching

• We move beyond thinking as limited human beings with problems to solve, and we focus on our true nature as unlimited divine humans, aligning with, sourcing and choosing sheer potentials for self and all.
• We focus on both physical action and "internal action", by having you stay open and aware of the energetics at play, and to choose new perspectives. When you change your perspective at a fundamental level, change is transformational and ripples through to all aspects of your life as well as the field of consciousness.
• We recognise that there is a vaster part of us - our Essence, or our Divine Self. We place emphasis on helping you to "tune in" and connect with this part of you and to draw on an expanded field of consciousness.

• We have moved beyond a pure straight-line, logical-only thinking world, and stepped into a new world where we are now recognising that we are multi-faceted, multi-dimensional, magnificent beings.
• Our purpose is to play and have fun, and in so doing, bringing heaven to earth. Our only "work" then is to follow our passion and joy, and to live our own essence.
• There are no coincidences, only synchronicities. We attract events, people and circumstances that reflect our dominant thoughts, through the Law of Attraction. And as we evolve further, we begin to move beyond even that as we source fully our innate power as a creator.
• We are creators who know that everything is energy - sheer potential, a gateway to a new solution or reality. We know that we always have infinite choice, and we make deliberate and conscious choices that align with our joy and passion. We source the energy of it and then we ride the wave.
